Role Description

This is a full-time role for Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, account management, relationship building, and closing sales deals. The Inside Sales Executive will play a critical role in executing sales and driving revenue growth for RAAH Group Pte Ltd.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Account management for heavy engineering industry
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field

Experience: Industrial Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Mandatory: Demonstrated experience working on PETRONAS projects (oil & gas sector).
  • Familiarity with energy industry procurement processes and compliance standards in Malaysia.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in technical/industrial sectors.
  • Ability to work independently with discipline and accountability, while collaborating effectively with global teams.
