Job description:


  • Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring all documents are complete and up to date.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist in leave administration, attendance monitoring, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documents, such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other employee correspondence.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by compiling employee information and records.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and employee engagement activities when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:


  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
  • Able to start immediately on July 2026 (Contract 4 Months)
