About the Role

Are you a hands-on IT leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? We are looking for an Assistant IT Manager to spearhead our Infrastructure and Cyber Security operations. In this role, you will ensure our digital backbone is rock-solid, secure, and ready for growth. Because our retail/F&B operations never sleep, you will lead a resilient support system that keeps our offices and venues running smoothly around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Excellence: Manage and optimize our core IT infrastructure, with a heavy focus on server stability, virtualization platforms, and capacity planning.

• Network & Security Fortification: Monitor, maintain, and secure our network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and robust backup systems.

• Operational & Expansion Support: Lead the IT planning, setup, and execution for exciting new restaurant openings and renovations, alongside daily office tech support.

• 24/7 Operational Readiness: Oversee and participate in an on-shift standby rotation (including overnight, weekends, and holidays) to guarantee zero downtime for our critical retail/F&B operations.

• Proactive Troubleshooting: Act as the escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network bottlenecks, ensuring rapid resolution.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Networking and Server certificates are highly preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and system support. Experience in the Retail or F&B sector is highly preferred.

• Technical Mastery: * Hands-on expertise with Firewalls, managed switches, VPNs, virtual networks, web hosting, and advanced Wi-Fi/AP setups is a must.

  • Deep proficiency in Microsoft ecosystems (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365) and VMware virtualization.

• Cloud Savvy: Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (design, setup, and administration) is a major plus.
