Join Our Team as a Network Engineer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Setup: Help install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi and other network equipment.

• Monitoring: Regularly check network performance and do routine maintenance and upgrades.

• Troubleshooting: Isolate and fix network issues and outages with senior engineers, consultants and vendors.

• Security: Set up and manage firewalls and ensure security policies are followed.

• Documentation: Keep detailed records of network setups and changes.

• User Support: Provide technical help to our clients.

• Learning: Keep up-to-date with new knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: HKALE/HKDSE or above, or equivalent.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of network protocols and architectures (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPN, etc).

• Troubleshooting: Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment.

• Tools: Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

• Analytical Skills: Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, can communicate fluently in Cantonese.

• Certifications: Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, or equivalent will be considered a plus.
