Location: Pusat Komersial Bayu Tasek, Kota Southkey, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM2,350 – RM2,400
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and filing systems
- Assist HR with payroll-related records such as attendance, leave, OT, and claims
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and reports
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding cleaners' schedules and site requirements
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and cleaning materials
- Assist with recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and employees to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support management with administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of HR documentation and basic accounting is an added advantage
