POSITION - SALES ENGINEER
LOCATION- MERU, KLANG
SALARY - RM *************

Identify and develop relationships with existing and new customers, including contractors, fabricators, developers, and consultants.
Follow up and pursue new business opportunities from project leads and tender opportunities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure positive service experiences.
Coordinate and ensure accuracy in order processing, documentation, and paperwork throughout the sales process.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, handling calls, managing correspondence, and checking stock availability.
Monitor and track customer orders and provide timely updates on order status.
Provide consistent post-sales support to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Work closely with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the line manager in preparing sales reports and related documentation.
Be willing to travel for outstation assignments when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
