YHI Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of YHI International Limited, listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) since 2003, our parent company had successfully diversified the business over the years in the global automotive arena as an established alloy wheel manufacturer.
With our manufacturing plant in Malacca and expanding regional production capacity, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. We are seeking a high-calibre Finance professional to lead the Finance function and partner the business in driving performance, governance and operational excellence.

Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager (Malaysia) and functionally to Singapore Head Office, you will lead the Finance Department and act as a key business partner to the management team.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the full spectrum of finance operations, including financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting and treasury
Overseeing monthly closing and ensuring timely submission of financial reports to Head Office
Driving annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Managing cash flow planning and financing requirements
Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with Group policies
Liaising with external auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities
Supporting consolidation reporting requirements
Providing financial insights and cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency
Partnering cross-functionally with operations, procurement and senior management to improve profitability

What We Are Looking For
Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial controls
Hands-on, independent and detail-oriented
Proficient in SAP system, Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence business decisions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
