Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for settlement operations for SF International and overseas clients;
• Complete the clients billing and reconciliation, following up on the timeliness of billing issuance and data accuracy;
• Responsible for continuously optimizing international client settlement processes;
• Monitor the payment collection status of managed clients, promptly follow up on payment dynamics, and monitor and warn of potential fund risks;
• Manage customer requests, drive resolution of customer complaints, including follow-up visits, demand collection, analysis, implementation of improvement measures, and enhancement of satisfaction levels;
• Manage client risk, including risk alerts, data analysis, regular reporting, process monitoring, and timely closure of issues;

Job Requirements:

• Good command in Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Prior experience in similar roles such as international express delivery, e-commerce logistics, logistics solutions, or international receivables settlement is preferred;
• Demonstrated skill in presentations and cross-function communication;
• Experience in overseas / remote resources/teams with multinational and multi-site would be preferable

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
