Job Summary

The Account Executive will manage the company’s accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role covers full sets of accounts, month-end closing, credit control, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Full sets of accounts: Support audit and tax-related matters.
• Monthly closing: Bank reconciliations, sales summaries, cost reports, and financial reporting.
• Data entry: Accurate and timely updates in AutoCount system.
• Credit control: Monitor payments and follow up on collections.
• Documentation: Maintain filing systems and updated records.
• Stakeholder liaison: Work with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, suppliers, and secretaries.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• Familiarity with office administration and accounting principles.
• Experience with AutoCount software is an advantage.
• Background in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in teams.
