Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Senior Angular Frontend Developer to design and develop high-quality web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing Angular applications in production environments
• Strong experience with Angular 15 and above
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and asynchronous services
• Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp or Grunt
• Experience using Git version control systems
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha or Jest is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces and frontend solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver functional and responsive applications
• Implement responsive web designs across multiple devices and browsers
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code following development best practices
• Optimise application performance, speed and responsiveness
• Conduct testing to ensure reliability, usability and cross-browser compatibility
• Stay updated on Angular and frontend technology trends
• Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve defects
• Implement unit testing practices to improve software quality
• Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements to maintain high coding standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the frontend development team
