Responsibilities
1 Staff dormitory management and staff meal addiction and group meal management
2 Factory cleaning and cleaning staff work arrangement, education and training programmes
3 Management and scheduling of staff transport and business vehicles
4 Factory and dormitory security management
5 Supervision of physical security in the factory, and supervision of general affairs.
6 Assist supervisors in the identification of matters
7 Purchase of equipment, miscellaneous materials and general merchandise.
8 Purchasing item enquiry, price comparison, price negotiation and purchasing process operation.
9 Purchasing delivery confirmation, material tracking, and exception handling.
10 Supplier development, evaluation, management and relationship maintenance.
11 Fixed asset management
Requirement
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative functions, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively.
6. Possess good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
7. Detail-oriented, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
8. Familiar with documentation control, filing systems and general office administration.
9. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
10. Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
