• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, quality, delivery, and terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and related purchasing documents in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues promptly.
• Monitor and update supplier performance reports on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and update supplier compliance records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate ISO certifications and regulatory documentation including:
• IATF 16949
• ISO 13485
• REACH
• RoHS
• SDS
• TDS
• Prepare purchasing reports, forecasts, and documentation updates daily or weekly.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ERP system updates.
• Support administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
