Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
Responsible to oversee the organization entire sales activities including customer communication, contract proposal, contract review, handling of customer feedback including complaints and etc.
Responsible for customers’ delivery schedules upon received new and revision delivery plans, check on hand stocks and coordinate with planning to update customers immediately (within 1-2 working days) if unable to meet the delivery date and discuss for solution.
Responsible for attending customers’ calls and email and response immediately (within 1-2 working days).
Support order processing, including expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring delivery status, end of life and resolving discrepancies.
Work closely with various department to ensure on time delivery to customers.
Responsible to held daily delivery meeting with related departments whenever unmeetable customer delivery schedule occurs and discuss recovery plan.
Responsible for maintenance of customer file including debtor maintenance, stock maintenance, sales orders, quotation, customs application and etc.
Responsible for annually customer satisfaction survey activities.
Any specific task that related to warehouse transactions.
Others task that assigned by immediate superior when required.
