Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Jalan Utara, Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,500 per month

About the Role

Hoopi is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, stock accuracy, and team performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Ensure warehouse processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure consistency between physical stock and system records
• Conduct inventory analysis and identify slow-moving, excess, or abnormal stock
• Plan and coordinate periodic stock counts and inventory audits
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or 3PL warehouse environments is an advantage
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are required to communicate effectively with stakeholders based in China
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in inventory control and warehouse management processes
