• Ensure proper functioning, reliability, and efficiency of all factory machines, equipment, and utilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve mechanical, electrical, or automation-related problems.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly and work with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve uptime and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and QC to support smooth factory operations and resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Develop and maintain maintenance documentation including PM records, downtime logs, repair reports, manuals, and SOPs.
• Support spare parts management, including inventory checks, reorder planning, and proper storage.
• Work closely with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs, servicing, and machine installations.
• Participate in new equipment commissioning, testing, and improvement projects.
• Propose and implement engineering improvements for safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support facility maintenance including building, lighting, air compressors, HVAC, utilities, and general factory infrastructure.
• Assist in annual audits, statutory inspections, and certification renewals (e.g., DOSH, boilers, pressure vessels, electrical systems).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
