Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Room & Public Area Excellence

• Maintain guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards, including bed-making, linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and floor care
• Ensure all in-room amenities and supplies are replenished with precision and consistency
• Uphold cleanliness and presentation across all public areas, including lobbies and corridors

Guest Room Preparation

• Prepare rooms meticulously prior to guest arrival, ensuring a flawless and welcoming environment
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Report and follow up on any maintenance concerns promptly

Linen & Laundry Coordination

• Manage the collection, handling, and distribution of linens and towels with care and efficiency
• Ensure linen quality meets established brand standards

Guest Experience

• Respond to guest requests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, personalized service
