About the role
As the HR/Admin Manager at Meru Perkasa Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in shaping the people strategy and driving operational excellence across the organisation. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to work for a dynamic, growing company at the forefront of its industry.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement HR policies and procedure.
Oversee payroll, compensation, benefit administrative & training program
Oversee administrative functions, including office maintenance, procurement and facilities management & documentation flow.
Preferably to work with a company comply with ISO procedures.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Admin, or related fields.
Min 5-8 years in HR & Administration Management.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance regulations.
Experience in payroll management, recruitment, and employee relations.
