JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support our finance team in daily operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting processes.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and supporting documents

• Help in data entry and updating financial records into the system

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

• Assist in bank reconciliation and checking payment records

• File and organize financial documents for audit and reference

• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities

• Assist in basic financial analysis and reporting tasks

• Perform general administrative duties within the finance department

• Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

• Responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Able to complete tasks within deadline
