Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Remove blockers and support the team to stay on track

Key Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile delivery role
• Strong experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, QA, Engineering)
• Familiar with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Strong quality-driven mindset, ensuring quality is built into the delivery process with early QA involvement and proper testing coordination Language Requirement
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Mandarin (at least spoken)

Preferred

• Scrum certification (CSM / PSM)
• Experience in data, analytics, or dashboard projects
• Experience working in regional/global teams

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
