-          Lead and complete audit assignments within agreed timelines.

-          Review working papers prepared by semi senior, juniors and provide guidance.

-          Identify key audit issues and propose solutions.

-          Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and manage expectations.

-          Report assignment progress and critical issues to HOD/Manager.

-          Present findings clearly to clients and superiors.

-       Coach and mentor semi junior, juniors through on-the-job training.

-       Allocate tasks effectively and monitor progress.

-       Maintain professional communication with clients.

-       Provide value-added insights and recommendations.

-          Attend firm-organized physical training, particularly on core values and communication alignment.

-          Develop effective communication skills to manage both clients and colleagues while upholding professional ethics.

-          Focus on strengthening soft skills (EQ management, people development, and client relationship management) beyond just managing portfolios and meeting deadlines.

-          Master portfolio planning for team members and assistants.

-          Demonstrate self-learning ability, including requesting access to pre-recorded webinars from partners on a weekly basis.

-          Support technical updates and training for the team, including conducting physical training for staff and clients.

-          Prepare PowerPoint slides and materials to support HODs or Partners in training sessions, if required.

-          Contribute to people development by passing down experience and knowledge to assistants.
