REN aims to provide a luxurious nurturing haven for all, from Business Travelers to Holiday Makers, Athletes and Families.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients or visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and follow-up arrangements.
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information.
Guide patients on clinic services, treatment processes, and payment procedures.
Process payments (cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
Assist with filing, record-keeping, and data entry for patient information and clinic records.
Job Requirement
Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience in healthcare admin or front desk roles is preferred. But fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Have a strong interest in healthcare/wellness industry.
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
Open to working on a rotational basis, including Saturday & Sunday, to support business needs.
