About the Role

Basepoint Labs builds and implements custom AI systems for businesses.

We are looking for someone to help us acquire clients globally, manage the sales pipeline and support our marketing efforts.

This is primarily a sales role. You will be expected to identify potential clients, conduct outreach, understand their needs, present suitable AI solutions and close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Find and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email and other channels

  • Conduct discovery calls and understand business problems

  • Present AI implementation solutions clearly

  • Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects and close clients

  • Maintain a CRM and track sales progress

  • Help manage social media and coordinate marketing content

  • Turn our projects, demos and insights into useful content

Requirements
  • Strong communication and sales skills

  • Comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers

  • Proactive with outreach and follow-ups

  • Able to understand business problems and explain solutions clearly

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Experience in B2B sales, software, consulting or technology services is preferred

Compensation
  • Commission for each client successfully closed

  • Opportunity to earn more based on sales performance and revenue generated
