Support basic network setup, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.

Provide first-level IT support to users on Windows and macOS systems.

Troubleshoot common IT issues such as connectivity, email, printers, and devices.

Assist in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.

Deliver both on-site and remote IT support as required.

Follow guidance from senior engineers and ensure proper documentation of tasks, configurations, and issues.

Be willing to work extended hours, including late nights, to support contractors and critical IT operations when needed.

IT-related certification or a Diploma in IT or an equivalent qualification is required.

At least 2–3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

Strong interest in IT and technology.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).

Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.

Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.

Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Good communication skills when supporting users.

Familiarity with macOS or Apple devices.
