About you
CARSOME Academy is seeking an organized, customer-centric, and detail-oriented Branch Admin for our MV15 Inspection Service center in Sungai Buloh. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily front-of-house operations.
Your primary focus will be managing customer appointments, coordinating the physical queue, verifying essential legal/vehicle documents, handling service payments, and ensuring all inspection records are seamlessly updated in our internal systems.
Your Day-to-day
Customer Relations & Queue Management
Greet and assist both pre-booked appointment holders and walk-in customers (Public and Dealers) with high energy and professionalism.
Manage the booking ecosystem, including sending out timely reminders to customers regarding their upcoming inspection slots to minimize no-shows.
Oversee the customer queue to ensure a smooth flow into the inspection lanes, minimizing customer wait times
Documentation & Financial Handling
Inspect and verify all required vehicle registration documents, identity proofs, and ownership certificates before clearing the vehicle for the MV15 inspection.
Payment clearance and reconciliation for the inspection services
Generate and dispatch official receipts, invoices, and completed inspection reports to customers promptly after their session.
Data Management & Operational Support
Log, update, and maintain accurate customer details and vehicle inspection statuses into the CARSOME Inspection management system.
Work hand-in-hand with the Branch Manager and Vehicle Inspectors to address general branch administrative needs, inventory supplies, and daily closing reports.
