Account Payable

Ensure timely payment and recording of expenses for utilities ( electricity, water, sewerage, telephone bill and internet )

Proceed with online rental and utility payments in accordance with the terms of the agreement, ensuring that all payments are made on time and in the correct amount.

Manage payments for  maintenance servies including security services, cleaning services, forklift maintenance, escalator and lift maintenance, motor vehicle maintenance and air conditioner servicing.  

Make payments for recurring and one time expenses including management fees, sinking fund contributions, carriage inward, carriage outward and courier services.

Make payments for printing, stationery and other office supplies, ensuring all expenses are categorized correctly in the accounting system.

Handle staff expense claims by checking and photocopying all supporting documents submitted by staff and proceed the payment.

Record all petty cash transactions accurately in the accounting system, ensuring that each transaction is assigned to the correct account code.

Manage the month end filling process by ensuring all documents are properly organized, categorized and stored in accordance with company policies.

Manage the year end filling process by ensuring all documents are properly store in the carton and arrange move to the store room.

Printing and photocopy utilities bill ( if needed )
