Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.

• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.

• Assist in the tender process, including preparation and submission of required documentation.

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and records.

• Support in identifying risks and issues, and escalate when necessary.

• Attend project meetings and take minutes when required.

• Able to attend site visits and meetings when required by the Project Manager.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil, or other related field.

• 0–2 years of working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Basic knowledge in construction contracts and measurement.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of CIDB / JKR contracts will be advantages.
