About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join the team at Vitally Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time internship opportunity based in Puchong, Selangor, offering you the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced client and sales administration environment. As a Customer Service Intern, Compay will provide you with hands-on experience in customer interactions, administrative support, and sales coordination whilst working alongside our experienced team members.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Processing customer orders, requests, and complaints whilst maintaining accurate records
Maintaining and updating customer databases into systems
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Preparing reports and documentation related to customer interactions and sales activities
Supporting general administrative tasks as required by the department
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, customer relationship, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
