We are a company providing professional field marketing services, currently looking for passionate and dynamic individual to join our team. We are a professional sales & merchandising specialist to service clients in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. We also offer a number of merchandising solutions, from in-store marketing execution and maintenance to field audits and mystery shopping. To provide retail insights and analysis, we have data-collection technology that enables field staff to collect all manner of data and we will analyze what is happening on the physical shelf for our clients.
Currently our company have vacancy of Operations Executive to handle a team of logistic crew.
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chains, Business, Marketing or equivalent
Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor (near Putra Heights LRT Station). This is a hybrid mode work - Mixture of Working from home / Office
Required skill(s): word, excel, power point
Looking for candidates available to work 6 days a week, off day is Thursday. This is a shift work and the working hours is 7.30am to 3.30pm or 3pm to 10.30pm
Responsibility
Candidate will assist in the execution of market research projects both qualitative or quantitative in logistics.
Candidate will work with a team of operations team to help manage logistic projects; need to deal with drivers and logistic crew.
Manage the daily operations of the Rovers and coordinating with the delivery arrival times.
Processing data / reports
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of rovers; assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Potential applicants will ideally have some knowledge of marketing research, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Assist in office administrative duties as required.
