Responsibilities
JOB SCOPE
To handle customer inquiries via walk-in, WhatsApp, or social media.
To follow up with customers for bookings, inquiries, or after-sales support.
To deliver excellent customer service to customer via phone or any other channels.
To explain product features, specifications, promotions, and warranty clearly.
To deliver the best service to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
To achieve sales targets and perform upselling/cross-selling.
To assist in stock arrangement and inventory checking
To follow company SOP and support daily store operations
