Responsibilities
Responsible for overall the financial activities of a business, ensuring accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, and efficient, streamlined processes. Key duties include managing AP/AR, budgeting, management report, manage cash flow , and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations Oversight: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), purchasing, and cash management.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly management reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow reports
Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate with representatives from other departments and gather relevant data for budget preparation
Monthly billing : Prepare monthly billings and supporting document for customers
Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and implement financial systems
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal policies, including managing relationships with external auditors.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with operational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum relevant experience as an Finance Executive 2-3 years. Working experience from audit and tax environment is an added advantage
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SQL systems) and advanced Excel.
• Able to work independently and good communication skill.
