SUMMARY

To assists the sales team by performing live in social commerce platform.

KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Responsible for program hosting via TikTok and managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.

2. Drive traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers, presenting products & services, attending to queries, and leading the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively mode.

3. Develop creative ways to enhance and improve production workflow.

4. Strive to achieve target, improve viewers engagement and experience.

5. Conduct comprehensive research to identify new market trend.

6. Comfortable and passionate about conducting live.

7. Any other task assigned by your supervisor.

PRE-REQUISITES & COMPETENCIES

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM and above.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Well command in spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin will be an advantage.

4. Possess a high steadiness with any situations, confident & presentable.

5. Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
