Job Responsibilities

• Execute day to day sales operations (e.g. making regular sales calls/visits, handling sales inquiries and quotation, after sales service, attend complaints to improve customer satisfaction and payment collection within credit term)
• Develop new accounts by actively prospecting in assigned sales territory.
• To build good rapport and understand the needs of customers, advise them regarding product application, pricing, promotions, solutions development and proposed delivery.
• Able to interact with customers (at all levels) in a fast-paced competitive market by being proactive, resourceful and efficient.
• To submit Daily and Weekly Pipeline reporting in a timely manner.
• Performing monthly sales forecast & sell-out analysis.
• Feedback market intelligence by gathering current market information on pricing, product, competitor activities, market trend, etc.
• Self-equipped with fundamental of basic semiconductor product knowledge
• Must have no fear of rejection and have the ability to conquer objections.
• Collaborating with Production/QC/Engineering Department to ensure orders/queries/FAI and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Dealing and video conference with customer inquiries, quotations, and processing orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare sales orders, Purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other necessary documents for customers.
• Liaising with locally / overseas customers to ensure they are aware of all payment requirements and on-time payments to avoid bad debts and shipment delays.
• Liaise with customers on deliveries scheduled.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Certificate / Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any field relevant
• Prefer with minimum 2 year working experience in Manufacturing Industry [Semiconductor Product] or production
• Candidate with Engineering background will be additional advantage
• Good interpersonal & communication skill with positive working attitude
• Patient and able to handle customer requirement
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia and mandarin speaking add advantage
• Working knowledge of relevant to equipment supplier for semiconductor industrial will add advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
