Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires close collaboration with the Project Team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are executed successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the manufacturing sector.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product solutions to customers.
Work closely with the Project Team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements, project progress, and delivery schedules.
Conduct regular customer visits, site inspections, and business development activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for the Sales Manager.
Participate in trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint).
Willing and able to travel frequently within Malaysia and internationally for customer visits, project discussions, and business development activities.
Works closely with the Project Team, Engineering Team, and other internal departments.
