Hikvision Hiring! Full Time Internship Technical Support Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Manage all technical aspects during the sale of Hikvision products.

2.  Provide products demo, service, maintenance, basic repairs and upgrades for all Hikvision customers in Malaysia.

3.  Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed.

Qualifications

1.  Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.

2.  Fluent written and spoken in English. Exceptional communication skills. Work well under pressure.

3.  Good communication and customer service skills and awareness. 

Preferences

1. Diploma or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.

2.  Good language skills including English & Bahasa Malaysia; mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. No experience needed. Preferable internship period 3 to 6 months.
