KS IT Solutions Hiring! Full Time Human Resources Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing tech environment. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR processes that align with business needs.

1. Support the full spectrum of HR functions – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, and interview coordination)

3. Assist in onboarding process and preparation of employment documentation

4. Support payroll processing, including attendance, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)

5. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files

6. Monitor attendance, leave, and claim via HR systems (e.g. Infotech HRIS)

7. Assist in employee relations matters, including handling queries and supporting disciplinary processes

8. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures

9. Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance

10. Support training coordination and performance review processes

11. Assist in HR system updates and digitalisation initiatives

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2. 1–3 years of relevant HR experience

3. Basic understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices

4. Experience in payroll processing and HR systems is an advantage

5. Exposure to tech, IT, or telecom environments is a plus

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

8. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

9. Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Infotech HRIS is an added advantage
