About This Opportunity
Join our team as a Business Coordinator Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in customer coordination and business operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor and follow up on order and project status to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
Coordinate and communicate with personnel at Plant 1 regarding casing requests and related matters.
Process customer orders, prepare Delivery Notes (DN), and arrange delivery schedules for designated customers.
Provide administrative and operational support to the superior, including handling ad hoc assignments as required.
What You’ll Need
Must Have
· Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Studies, International Business, or a related field. Candidates with higher qualifications are encouraged to apply.
· Basic Microsoft Excel and computer/software skills.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
Good to Have
· Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (need to liaise with China counterparts) , and English.
· Possession of own transportation is an added advantage.
