• Monitoring the billet, doing delivery planning, and data entry for import and export
• Checking the import scrap document before applying to SIRIM, following up on incoming shipments, and SST payment
• Checking the document for raw material, following up on shipment, and updating payment status
• Assist in preparing ISO documentation
• Manage filing for invoice, DO, etc

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least SPM, STPM, Certificate of SKM, etc
• Competent in using Microsoft Office tools for daily administrative and reporting tasks
• Have good communication and thinking skills to work with various departments
• Possess own transport to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
