Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and register patients at the reception counter
Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records
Assist doctors during consultations and procedures
Prepare and maintain overall cleanliness of the clinic, consultation and treatment rooms
Dispense medications as instructed by the doctor
Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information courteously
Monitor and replenish medical and office supplies
Perform basic clinical tasks
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Handle payments and issue receipts
Coordinate with labs/pharmacies when necessary
Other tasks as assigned by the doctor
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work shifts and under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Added benefit if candidate has previous experience as clinic assistant

Basic Salary: RM1800/month
