Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Support audit management team in daily administrative tasks.

  • Report directly to audit management team and partners.

  • Perform outgoing phone calls to follow up on payments with our clients.

  • Assist and resolve collection and payment inquiries or issues from our clients timely.

  • Undertake ad-hoc function and related duties assigned by audit management team.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / in any relevant field.

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a related field. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.

  • Good communication skills both written and oral: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Computer literate. 

  • Comfortable speaking to others over the phone.

  • Independent and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Has strong sense of urgency to complete all tasks given and organise complex clerical task.

  • High attention to detail, follow through and accuracy.
