Job Description:
Support audit management team in daily administrative tasks.
Report directly to audit management team and partners.
Perform outgoing phone calls to follow up on payments with our clients.
Assist and resolve collection and payment inquiries or issues from our clients timely.
Undertake ad-hoc function and related duties assigned by audit management team.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / in any relevant field.
At least 1-2 years experience in a related field. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
Good communication skills both written and oral: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate.
Comfortable speaking to others over the phone.
Independent and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.
Has strong sense of urgency to complete all tasks given and organise complex clerical task.
High attention to detail, follow through and accuracy.
