Responsibilities
Experience
1. Minimum 1 year working experience in Building Management Office
2. Experience in handling and controlling a team of manpower (Admin & Technical)
3. Experience in organizing Monthly Meetings and AGM and preparation of Minutes
4. Able to manage all service providers
5. Able to communicate with owners and JMC / MC
6. Able to coordinate with relevant government authorities
7. Able to do Monthly Property Management Report
Skills
1. Good communication skills
2. Good Negotiation skills
3. Knowledge in computer skills is a Must
4. Very good customer service is a Must
5. Preferable familiar with Accounting Softwares i.e.CSS
6. Willing to work under pressure
Qualification
Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management , Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree (Civil or Electrical or Facility Management or Technology) and Fresh Graduate even without any experience can be considered with minimum 1 year experience in Building Management Office but must have the knowledge in Property Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
