MOULDING TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess in certificate / Diploma in Engineering field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years experience in moulding.
• Basic knowledge about ISO & TS 16949
• Able to work on Sunday and shift rotation
• Familiar in vertical moulding machine will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To set parameters when ever mould change and monitor the process.
• To control the rejection at various stages of production
• Co-ordinate with other fuctioning department
• Maitain the 5s on the shop floor.
• Do the continuous improvements on the production line
• Problem analysis and trouble shooting
• To meet volumes with good productivity through optimal manpower utilization
• Handling of robots
• Rejection controls and cycle time reduction,verify correct set-up or moulds,presses and auxilary equipment before machine start up.
• Establish proper moulding conditions
• Assist with the set-up and maintenance or auxilary equipment,including granunators,conveyors,liquid temperature controls,and mould electrical controls
• Make minor repairs to machines and equipment andnotify proper personnel of neccessary major repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
