HIRING NOW – FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Working Location: Senai Airport City, Senai, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Looking to grow your career in finance? Join a dynamic and expanding company involved in industrial and manufacturing-related operations. We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to support our finance and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting and finance operations
• Prepare and monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow monitoring
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with audit, tax, and compliance-related matters
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required
• Prepare financial and management reports
• Support administrative tasks and company documentation
• Ensure proper filing and record management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related functions
• Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to communicate with China-based clients
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
