We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and logistics activities within a fast-paced Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, safety regulations, and customs requirements.
• Manage transportation contracts, freight costs, and logistics service providers.
• Drive digitalization and process improvements through ERP, WMS, and logistics management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in Warehouse & Logistics or Supply Chain, within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry .
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse and logistics teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in Oracle system / Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
