Job Summary

The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance operations while ensuring all financial records are maintained accurately, updated promptly, and aligned with company policies and procedures. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance team in maintaining operational efficiency and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in billing processes, collections follow-ups, and preparation of customer statements.
• Support payroll verification processes, including attendance records, overtime claims, and staff reimbursements.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of finance records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Support budget preparation, cost analysis, and expense monitoring activities.
• Liaise with property operations teams, vendors, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the finance field.
