Job Summary
The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance operations while ensuring all financial records are maintained accurately, updated promptly, and aligned with company policies and procedures. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance team in maintaining operational efficiency and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in billing processes, collections follow-ups, and preparation of customer statements.
- Support payroll verification processes, including attendance records, overtime claims, and staff reimbursements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of finance records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Support budget preparation, cost analysis, and expense monitoring activities.
- Liaise with property operations teams, vendors, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the finance field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
