Field Service Machine Tool Technician

Location: Puchong, Selangor

OMI Machinery is looking for an experienced Field Service Machine Tool Technician to join our growing technical team.

At OMI Machinery, we specialize in advanced CNC machine tools and industrial machinery solutions for the manufacturing industry. We are committed to delivering excellent on-site repair services and technical support to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

* Travel to customer sites for on-site repair & troubleshooting of CNC machines and industrial equipment

* Diagnose mechanical, electrical & hydraulic issues

* Perform machine installation, testing & commissioning

* Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics & blueprints

* Prepare service reports and maintain service records

* Ensure safety and quality standards are followed during service jobs

* Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians

Requirements:

* Proven experience in machine tool repair & maintenance

* Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems

* Familiar with CNC machinery and industrial equipment

* Able to read technical drawings and schematics

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Able to work independently and travel to customer sites

* Technical certification or vocational training is an advantages.
