Work Location: No. 9, Jalan TP3, Taman Perindustrian UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Contract Duration: 12 Months (renewable)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Inbound Executive to support inbound logistics and import operations by coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, monitoring delivery schedules, and liaising with suppliers, logistics service providers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders. The role involves ensuring smooth inbound processes, maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting warehouse coordination, and contributing to operational efficiency and cost optimization within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound shipments and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal stakeholders to support smooth import operations
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, import, and customs-related documentation
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues to minimize delays
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on inventory receiving and storage planning
• Support logistics cost tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Prepare regular operational reports and shipment performance updates
• Manage communication with third-party logistics providers and monitor service performance
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or related operations
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with logistics systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,800 per month
• Monthly Allowance: RM200
• Statutory Benefits provided in accordance with Malaysian employment regulations
