Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet service quality standards and performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
