JOB DESCRIPTION

To performs non-technical general office and warehouses maintenance, and minor repair duties to ensure that the other employees in the company are able to work comfortably during their working hours.

KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Paints and patches drywall. Performs other minor repairs under supervision.
• Repairing floors, windows, and other structural damages.
• Making minor plumbing repairs.
• Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
• Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• SPM / Diploma holders are welcomed to apply
• Proactive and willing to learn new skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
