MHP-Miracle Health Products Sdn Bhd is an ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Halal-certified food manufacturing company specializing in health foods, nutritional supplements, and functional beverages. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

• Lead and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper warehouse layout, stock arrangement, and space utilization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and best practices.

Inventory Management

• Ensure accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Conduct cycle counts and coordinate periodic stock audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.

Distribution & Logistics

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and lorry routes.
• Optimize transportation efficiency and delivery costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers and distributors.
• Coordinate incoming raw material deliveries with suppliers and internal departments.
• Manage company drivers and transportation resources.

Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Monitor team productivity and performance.
• Conduct training to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare inventory, warehouse, and distribution performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, delivery performance, stock loss, and warehouse efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution management.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse operations.
• Experience managing transportation, delivery planning, and route scheduling.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing both raw material and finished goods warehouses.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements.
• Experience handling warehouse KPIs and inventory audits.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
