Responsibilities
Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Approximately RM2,400 per month
DSMK Enterprise is looking for a dedicated and committed Warehouse Executive to support our warehouse operations in Shah Alam. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating order processing, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ordering Process
Process and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all order-related documentation is completed and updated promptly.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Verify incoming and outgoing stock movements in the system.
Assist in stock count activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Warehouse Operations
Manage and oversee Pick and Pack activities to ensure order accuracy.
Coordinate Put Away activities and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
Perform Quality Control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
Support daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with established procedures.
System Management
Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and other related software.
Update system transactions for all inventory movements.
Ensure all operational data is recorded accurately and timely.
Communication and Coordination
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties.
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and other operational teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Escalate operational issues and provide timely updates when necessary.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
System-oriented and comfortable working with computer systems.
Good communication skills, both internally and externally.
Committed, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
Saturday: 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM
